Do I need an account to post a marker?
No. Guest visitors can create markers, and those markers stay attached to the same browser until they are claimed by an account.
Does the app request my exact location immediately?
No. The map starts with approximate location hints. Exact location is only requested after you explicitly use the locate control.
Can I edit my marker later?
Yes. Signed-in users can manage their own markers, and guest markers remain associated with the current browser session.
